Meet Campbell, chef and owner.
From an Easy-Bake Oven to feeding 150 at the bull sale. This is the short version.
Est. 2021Cooking is more than a job. It's a craft.
Hi, I'm Campbell, the chef and owner behind Campbell's Catering & Sweets.
What began in December 2020, when I was just 15 years old, started with Christmas cookies, baked goods, and charcuterie boxes for friends, family, and neighbors. What started as a small passion project quickly grew into something much bigger, a full-service catering company built around great food, genuine hospitality, and a love for bringing people together.
Today, Campbell's Catering & Sweets serves Eastern Oregon with everything from beautifully catered weddings and large celebrations to private dinners, corporate events, and handcrafted sweets.
We believe food should be more than something on a plate. It should be something people remember. Every menu is thoughtfully prepared from scratch, using quality ingredients and local products whenever possible. From the first conversation to the final plate, we put care into every detail.
Campbell's has grown because of the incredible support of our community, the people who continue to trust us with their biggest celebrations, and the family who has been beside me every step of the way. My mom has been my right hand since the beginning, helping turn long days in the kitchen and busy event weekends into some of our favorite memories.
Whether we're serving an intimate dinner or a celebration for hundreds, our goal remains the same: exceptional food, beautiful presentation, and an experience that allows you to enjoy the moment.
This is Campbell's Catering & Sweets, and we're just getting started.

Real hospitality
Campbell and her mom show up early, set a beautiful table, serve with a smile, and leave it cleaner than they found it.
